Vicki Gibson, Ph.D., is an early childhood expert, educator, and lead author of Benchmark Ready to Advance and Listos y adelante. Devoted to developing and implementing age-appropriate curricula and professional development resources that enhance instructional effectiveness, Dr. Gibson actively uses Ready to Advance at the Collaborative Learning Center, which she founded at Texas A&M University.

Elsa Cárdenas-Hagan, Ph.D., is a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist and a Certified Academic Language Therapist, working currently with the Texas Institute for Measurement, Evaluation, and Statistics at the University of Houston.
