Professional Development

• OverTime™ services include training and coaching offered in a regular schedule throughout the year. Training is customized to meet the specific needs of teachers and their students. • Educational Leader is Benchmark's interactive Web site that provides ongoing, customized professional development to support long-term learning. Grades K-8 teachers, mentors, and literacy coaches can learn at their own pace, place, time, and interest level. BEC Trainers are literacy coaches with reading specialist certifications, instructional specialists, literacy teachers, and classroom teachers. Many hold master’s and doctorate degrees. All are highly trained in current research-based instructional practices.
