Quality Assurance Coordinator/Manager This role manages all Quality Assurance testing for multiple simultaneous Web and CD digital educational products to ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget. Specific responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate is a super project manager with at least two years of experience overseeing digital product quality assurance testing, who is adept at creating and managing schedules and work plans and has been successful developing and working within budgets. You will need excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience managing overseas vendors is a real plus. You should have knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems as well as Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari browsers. You also should be comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting; familiar with Web and CD products; detail-oriented, accurate and flexible. Experience in educational publishing would be helpful but is not required. Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
