Shipping and handling charges are 10% of subtotal.

For orders outside the contiguous 48 states & Canada, shipping and handling charges are $30 for orders up to $99.99. For orders $100 and above, a 30% shipping charge will apply.

Second day or Next Day deliveries will include a surcharge.
